|A partnership between the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Seaway Valley Community Health Centre and the Ontario Telemedicine Network is helping residents from Cornwall and area who are living with heart disease receive the specialized rehabilitation care they require to live a healthier life. |Men in the Kitchen: Senior Men's Cooking Group|
|Whether you are single and learning or just want to upgrade your cooking skills, this is a men's basic cooking program for seniors. The sessions will help you plan balanced meals, follow recipes and cook healthy, economical and easy dishes that serve one or two. |This 5 week program focuses on planning and preparing meals for one (or two).
